Shipping Policy

Definitions

For the purposes of this Disclaimer:

 

  • "company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this disclaimer) refers to Hollywood Clouds Smoke.

  • "goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • "orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • "service" refers to the Website.

  • "website" refers to hollywoodcloudssmoke.com, accessible from https://hollywoodclouds.com.

  • "you" means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hollywood Clouds Smoke; the following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Times

All orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day. All orders after this hour will be shipped the next business day. We will manage a handling time of 2-3 business days for preordered products to ship your order.  

 

All orders are expected to be processed within 3-7 business days. But for those locations where we rely on regional carriers to deliver, the shipping time increases to 6-20 business days.  

 

Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will start processing Monday morning as we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

 

If there will be a significant delay (more than 8 days) in the shipment of your order, please email support@hollywoodclouds.com and include your confirmation number. 

 

Delivery times may take longer in some rural areas. 

 

Processing time is in business days.

Shipping Areas

 

Due to the PACT Act and other restrictions, we do not ship to all locations. 

 

We will inform you at checkout if we cannot ship to your location. 

 

Currently, we do not support the shipping of hemp and hemp-derived CBD products in the following states:

  • Connecticut

  • Delaware

  • Hawaii

  • Idaho 

  • Iowa

  • Kansas

  • Massachusetts

  • Mississippi

​Currently, we do not support shipping to the states with a ban for vapes:

Please keep in mind that with changes in law and new updates, these lists can include more or fewer states as time passes. 

 

Certain orders will be shipped to the billing address, but we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice if we cannot verify this address.

 

We do not offer international shipping options.

 

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases.

 

Shipping Rates

 

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated based on the amount spent and displayed at checkout.

 

  • $1 to $50

Shipment cost: $4.99 USD
 

  • $50 to $100

Shipment cost: $9.99 USD

 

  • $100 to $200

Shipment cost: $14.99 USD

 

  • $200 and up

Shipment cost: Free Shipping

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Shipment Delivery Requirements

​

Every delivery containing vaping and our CBD products will require an adult signature (21+) with I.D. in all states as federal law mandates.

 

The carrier will return the package to our warehouse if no one can sign.

 

If the package is returned, we will refund the order (including taxes) less the shipping cost and an adult signature fee of $10.

 

For the order that qualified for free shipping refund will be processed (including taxes) less the shipping cost of $14.99 and an adult signature fee of $10.

 

Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your refund.

Discreet Shipment

​

By federal law, labeling rules now apply to packages containing vaping products, so your packages will have a sticker on them that reads:

 

“CIGARETTES/NICOTINE/SMOKELESS TOBACCO: FEDERAL LAW REQUIRES THE PAYMENT OF ALL APPLICABLE EXCISE TAXES AND COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LICENSING AND TAX-STAMPING OBLIGATIONS.”

Local Delivery Policy

We have local delivery for our customers in Hollywood, FL.

 

If you are within a 5 miles radius of our store location, you can request this type of delivery.

 

We'll strive to fulfill every order within the same day, but we'll deliver the next day in case of increased traffic or many orders.

 

Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be delivered the next day.

 

There will be a delivery rate of $10 for orders under $200. For orders above $200, free delivery will be available.

Pick up Policy

You have the option to pick up the product at our store in Hollywood, FL.

 

No rate will be charged, but please note that if the product does not get picked up after 48 hours (2 business days), we’ll charge a storage fee of $2 per day for 5 business days.

 

After five days, the product will be restocked, and your order will be canceled. A refund will be placed minus the storage fees. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us for a personalized solution if you cannot pick up your product on time.

 

Note that you can pick up your product during our service hours, Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 12 AM and Sunday from 12 PM to 7 PM.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Hollywood Clouds Smoke is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

Hollywood Clouds Smoke is not liable for damaged or lost products during shipping. If you received your package damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

But please always contact us and let us know of your claim. We will assist you in any way possible to have a satisfactory resolution.
